    That's a bummer haha!! If you did have your phone with you, you should be able to unlock your car with the Fordpass app.

  4. Can't turn off fan

    You can also leave the power on but turn off the button between the circulator and the defroster (the one with an arrow pointing at the person's head) and no air will flow through the vents.

  5. Big Shudder

    I also have a Hybrid with 2,500 miles. Mine has also done a "big shudder" three different times now.
