Iād be surprised if the dash cam drew enough power to put it in battery saver mode that quickly, but if you run out of options, maybe try disconnecting the power supply to the dashcam and see if your issue goes away.

Do you have your phone plugged into the usb source before you turn the key on and/or are disconnecting your phone before you turn the key off? Iāve noticed if I disconnect from usb/bluetooth it will automatically switch the audio source to fm radio
