Nope was stock! Turned out a module was bad and needed to be replaced.

No worries! Luckily I work from home and so does my spouse do it’s not a huge issue. But it would be nice to know how long the repair takes, if anyones experienced it. Being a new truck, there’s always uncertainty of course!

Installed mine this past weekend too! I agreed I feel like it’s not the perfect dimensions. I tried to pull it back to the tailgate as far as possible while still dealing on the bulkhead.

Good Idea, structural integrity would be my main concern. if the top and back are retracted then its just the sides and bulkhead holding everything together.

If you think the truck will ever see dirt than get the FX4 pack. The manual clearly states that any off-road usage voids warranty related issues if you don’t have the FX4 pack. Not sure how they can prove one way or another but it’s better to have the peace of mind 😅

Yea its close, but not fully. Fairway Ford has the soft cover for $290.

I’m leaning to the truxedo soft roll up. The ford pass points almost covers the full price which is very nice. I too was worried about security but the way it clamps shut with a tight fit makes me think it’ll be tough for someone to peel open the cover. But I’ve never seen one in person so maybe...

So few 4 bangers sound good with an exhaust. Add to the fact it’s an automatic and I am going to be hard pressed to find something worth the time and money. Especially with no flanges for quick swaps. I am leaning the intake route as of now!
