Why did everyone here make the decision to Line-X instead of rhino lining? Using Line-X in a truck is like nails on a chalkboard to me, I much prefer the more rubbery/softer texture of rhino lining. I believe they are about the same price.
The hybrid system of the Maverick is simply regenerative braking so it would make sense that you are getting terrible MPG if you are:
90/10 interstate/city.
Idling with the heater on
Have a lead foot
All of which you stated. Sounds like you are good to go, you are getting decent MPG driving...
This is not exclusive to the Maverick. The best way to avoid this is to stop scratching the panels. It might take a few extra seconds to be more careful or maybe you simply can't avoid it because you have kids, but that's how it goes.
I hit a medium sized cat at about 50 that darted out in front of my lowered 00 Civic and it took out the bumper, radiator, several A/C components and the front core support.
Not OP but I called Line-X after placing my Maverick order and they told me a ranger would be $550 so a truck with a smaller bed would be a little less. That was for the premium Line-X.

You'd be amazed at what a competent paintless dent repair person can do. I'd at least have them look at it first. Usually their only requirement for a perfect fix is access to behind the dent.
I made the last mistake in the chain when I sent him an email last Thursday saying "here is the buyer's order signature you requested, let me know if there are any problems or if I need to come in to the dealership." But the attachment did not attach..... Luckily I went back through my emails 4...
I have been trying to get an order placed for over two weeks from this same dealership and still waiting for confirmation. Every time my sales person replies, I respond within 15 minutes but it usually takes him 1-3 days to reply with the next email.
Wouldn't it make more sense to purchase this Ford ESP AFTER the initial warranty has expired? I can't understand the concept of double warrantying your vehicle.
In saying this, does that mean that a dealership would be less likely to perform warranty work on my vehicle simply because I didn't buy it from them? Seems like Ford(the manufacturer) would take issue with this.
I think it's just as likely you'd be ignored by the dealership that you purchased the vehicle from if there were problems outside of warranty, regardless if purchasing local or not. A Ford dealership, regardless if it's the one you purchased the vehicle at, isin't going to jerk you around when...
