I'd wait because no matter what if you want other model or make you'll have the order them too and now your at the back of the line. I ordered 10/4/21 and I have heard nothing. I'm in it for the long haul.
Plus the Santa cruz CAN'T tow over 3500 lbs legally in some states without a trailer brake controller. Also the Santa cruz can't tow up hills at slow speeds like a boat ramp because the tranny burns up. The maverick can do it all.
So profitable is 70k trucks? Not everyone can afford that they will go to other manufacturers. What's more profitable? Taking customers from them to buy your SUVs and trucks or not making any money and give them more customers. Hmmm. I'm still going to wait for my MAV.
Please build me a ridgeline or santa cruz for 23k and get 40mpg. In most states you can't tow over 3500lbs without trailer brakes and damn the maverick get a trailer brake control built in. That was a stupid article.
If we have ordered a 2022 mav and SINCE it might take awhile to get and if ford changes or upgrades packages do we get those added parts to our mavs? Added features for 2023 model yr options if we don't get til mid yr.
Has anyone with a Black maverick or other color thought about painting brake calipers red with the black rims? I did that with my mustang but wondering about the MAV. Good or bad idea?
Just placed my order and will be waiting til 2022 to see mine. Black, FX4, LUX pack, 4k tow . Can't wait to get it. I wonder if they will have a leveling kit for it.
