The Truck said I got 40.1 miles per gallon on the dashboard, when I figured it up at the pump it came up to 38.3 miles per gallon With about 30 minutes idle time, is this normal with a 2.5 hybrid engine?

I'll keep the steel wheels I've had aluminum wheels crack. Road to my hunting property can get ruff after a good rain,floor liners and bed covers are my next step, will look into beauty rings and lug nuts thanks for the suggestion
