I believe it's because I found out I had a $750 rebate after getting the OTD, that might be why, adding the dealer fee and registration, it seems like the $750 was the factor for that.

Taking a look at it, it looks like this was before the $750 rebate, so the price wasn't adjusted for it, at least it seems that way. $400 for dealer fee, $175 for registration, inspection and such they mentioned. That seems like the reason why the OTD is higher.
