I wanted to give an update on the repair costs from the Ford Dealership. $3600.00. I will say it's much less than I thought it would be.
Yes, a regular floor jack would have worked as well. But they are heavy, and the bag fits in my large go-bag for adventures.

One thing that came to mind. is you need to be very careful where you place that jack and make sure the doors are closed to add strength to the unibody.
