I wonder how many design hours went into making that front grille look “tough” and “mean” on the new Tacoma? The model as shown in the picture probably cost 2x what I paid for my maverick, and probably gets 25% less mpg.

We all know that truck is all for show. The truck bed is still immaculate…you could probably eat off of it. Yesterday I loaded 10 bags of potting soil and mulch in the back of my Maverick without the need of a step ladder. I also averaged 32 mpgs on my way home.

Sounds like you’ve done your homework and have some good options on the table. Unfortunately some people may wait 2+ years for their bronco or maverick. My only input is to take a deep breathe! Don’t be in a rush unless you absolutely need a truck asap. I’ve learned the hard way a time or two.

I appreciate the R&D Panda is doing! I just put in an order for the Panda Power Module for my wife’s Bronco for now…gotta keep her happy and she likes to drive like a Toretto anyway. I’ll order the module for the Mav once we install and test the first one on the Bronco. Thanks again!!

Did you get two full size broncos? Consider yourself fortunate to get your hands on not one but two. I switched my order from a hybrid Mav to the eco boost and cut my wait time significantly. The eco boost can still get great mpg.

That sounds like a nice setup. That thing must fly. Was the resonator replaced with just a straight stainless steel pipe? Did that have a decent performance impact at low or high rpm?
