    As there are no physical buttons, as long as all of the touchscreen buttons are off and are not lit up, the A/C does automatically turn on. On startup, no climate control starts with no fan, no air, no cooling.

    I have a '25 Lariat Hybrid and my A/C does not come on after start up as long as the fan and all other settings are off when shutting off the engine. Otherwise, it does seem to come on automatically.
