Thanks to everyone in this post finally bit the bullet and installed my 12” inch sync 4 upgrade installed. Extra thanks to Sam @oemplusupgrades for the programming help at the end. System is up and pictures to follow. Also I have the 13 inch screen for sale if anyone wants it!

You’ll also need to clean out the funnel that the drain tubes attach too. They get clogged and will let more moisture in the bed

The panel that has built ford tough stamped on it, on the side of the dash where the dash meets the door removes and is a clean shot to the bottom of the a pillar. Be gentle when removing initially as the clips and pins are super tight

I ordered replacement ones from lasco auto parts. Their part number is jl3z13466f. And they are showing in stock for now. I have gotten my order and they are the correct bulb.

I did and went back to the oem bulbs. Dont need a reason to either get rear ended or pulled over.

Sorry about that. They are not interchangeable. The reverse light is single filament with a slightly different base design

On rock auto it is Philips wt217w (dual filament) 6.03 each and on part geek they list the part number as 160530-06323394 6.97 each (Philips brake light dual filament)

My oem are white. Haven’t looked for the red ones since they are so much dimmer than the led already, didn’t want to make them dimmer

I found replacements in case I need to replace the original oem at rock auto and parts geek. It’s a Philips wt21w
