You would need everything. It’s more than just switching the screen. You have to get an updated acm, a sync 4 apim and build the wiring harness. The wiring you are adding the new harness to the existing wiring so it’s not terribly difficult. My hardest part was building the harness since I...

There is a thread out there on that upgrade. A little more labor intensive on the harness build but completely doable. Updated mine and took about the same install time as above but the harness took me a bit longer.

Thanks to everyone in this post finally bit the bullet and installed my 12” inch sync 4 upgrade installed. Extra thanks to Sam @oemplusupgrades for the programming help at the end. System is up and pictures to follow. Also I have the 13 inch screen for sale if anyone wants it!

You’ll also need to clean out the funnel that the drain tubes attach too. They get clogged and will let more moisture in the bed

The panel that has built ford tough stamped on it, on the side of the dash where the dash meets the door removes and is a clean shot to the bottom of the a pillar. Be gentle when removing initially as the clips and pins are super tight
