Hi people. Problem fixed. I changed the front right strut, it was broken inside . Eibach told me that it could be impact tool in the process of the installation. In my opinion if you need to work with suspension NEVER use impact tools , problems will be there after the work. New fixed springs...
Well people, front right strut changed, problem solved. AT LAST!!!!!!
But my truck have only 4k miles in the odometer, so it have not should failed. I think Eibach should check spring rates vs oem shocks, i think they are not 100% compatible for each other. MY two cents,

Eibachs installed. Front right strut ( only that one) clunking even after reinstalled everything two times. As per instructions and all torques are by the book. Sounds like an old piece of junk in bumpy roads. Eibach said it shouldn’t sound because they R&D a lot and in their perfect world...
Installed Eibach pro kit lowering springs in my 2024 fwd xl. Fron right strut clunks like hell. Installed per instruction, all torques by the book, all parts fitted as they should. Took off and reinstalled and still have the clunk noise. Only bumpy roads, not on normal roads.. Any sugestion...
Well, if they say it is normal, then ask them to let you test drive one from their stock with a service representative and if the rattle is there then they can say it is normal. Use your rights. Test drive must be performed by the service guy and you as passenger. 😎
