I paid $63K for mine, however that is Canadian dollars, not US. Not seeing that this is being sold at that price for US$. I have the Lariat with pretty much every option, sunroof, 4K tow, BAP, etc.
I typically leave the Mav running and go into the store and tell my wife do NOT push that button. Then when I come back I asked her if anything happened.
My hybrid is way better in the city rather than highway. Highway is all engine with battery doing very little, while in the city I often get 50% of my milage on the battery.
Thinking ahead to winter as I plan to get winter tires for my 25 Mav. The plan right now will be to put the winter on the current rims (I have BAP). Looking for some thoughts as to replacement rims for summer tires. I am not a fan of pulling tires on and off rims to change them. In Nova...
I have had no issues with any Ford I've owned which has been all F150's before the Mav. I remember trading one in and they looked at the 900K+ km (550K Miles)on the odometer and said this truck is worth nothing. I said it should be worth $600 for marketing. He laughed and said OK. Bought...
For what it's worth, I have had my AWD hybrid for 2.5 months now. City driving with some highway I was getting close to 41 MPG. When I took it for a 5 hr all highway drive, that trip averaged 32 MPG.
My Mazda CX 5 was like that. Only 1000 miles on the Maverick right now so hoping for much better. My Mazda went from Dec to Oct and about 10K and they were done.
My odometer tells my wife when I have gone on an extended crank up the tunes drive. Not sure if that counts. Actually the dial set at 20 also gives that away. Now back to Motley Cue and Girls Girls Girls.
Just flipped over the 1K miles this morning. Getting around 40 mpg and love the way it drives. Yes the interior plastic is getting marked very easy, but in looking at other vehicles I think it would happen anyways. I have the Lariat Hybrid with all the bells and whistles.
I expected this and it sped up my decision to buy a month ago. If the government in the USA doesn't come to its senses, then that increase will seem cheap a year from now.
It is experiences like this that I will only buy a new car if it's on the lot. I bought my Maverick 2 days after it arrived at the dealer but several dealers knew I wanted on and which options were mandatory.
My 2025 Hybrid Lariat Maverick plus my 2016 Mazda CX 5 combined come to $271 per month. Those numbers seem high given the insurance on the Maverick is less than the CX 5.
I am in Canada and those numbers are CND $
