That's right, Ford does not offer it on the Maverick even on the top tier seats.

Following.... Even the 2025 Lariat does offer this. It a pain to adjust when one driver is 5ft. and the other is 6ft. Ford missed the mark on my top trim Maverick.

I used 3/8 strut channel nuts. However, if I had to do it again I would use a good 5/16 nuts. The bolts holes probably would not have to be drilled and it would be a little easier tightening. I think the anchors are available in 1/4, 5/16 & 3/8.

I learned something today, there is a button! It would have come in handy on a boat ramp while pulling my boat out. I've had other vehicles that it was always on. Perhaps the hybrid ECVT is the reason for the manual button?
