    Thanks. I have measured cables and they are the same length — The upper pins are not the same though, one is 1/2” higher. The dealership told me all 2025 Mavericks are made that way?? I just can’t understand the logic in that. I did try and contact Ford Company with no response

    I have a 2025 Maverick AWD --when tailgate is in down position both cables are engaged and taunt, however when the tailgate is put in the halfway position only one cable is engaged and taunt --the other cable is loose - thus only one cable is holding weight of tailgate? The Dealer states all...
