every one is ok in both vehicles due to low speed , left turn in front of me , due to parts price$ being so high , insurance just informed me it is totaled , no other car in this class so a new one this weekend , will be my 3rd
Yes they are stronger , axle shaft is 1 mm thicker , in & outer CV’s are larger , still Hyundai , I traded my ‘23 hybrid a year ago for a 2025 due to front left inner cv bad at 40k miles & again at 66k , did my 34k oil change this morning see photos

You have nudged my interest , in May I traded my ‘23 hybrid for a ‘25 after having second inner cv ( left side ) failure , at my next oil change I will measure outside diameter of cv and compare to old , these Hyundai made parts are not weak...
this subject would really interest me as about 6 weeks ago I traded my ‘23 xl hybrid for a ‘25 due to weak cv / axle assembly , left front inner cv went south at 40k miles & again at 60k miles
Yours look good , 2yrs ago I purchased rain guards for my ‘23 XL hybrid , recently traded for a ‘25 of same , front A pillars are large enough that I dint like vision impairment of rain guards , left front off & very happy with only back pair , seems to affect airflow enough that I can drive...
last week I traded my ‘23 XL hybrid for a ‘25 , this inverter mounted to back of cab , right now im putting it & a small 110v air comp. in well rear left side , 650 cca AGM battery
I’m hopeful we can get someone that’s familiar with Hyundai parts to help us with CV repair / replacement , a local CV shop showed me the manufacture Hyundai manufacturing marks on my Maverick cv’s ( 2023 hybrid )
Glad to hear that you were taken care of quickly, these cv axle assemblies are made by Hyundai , maybe someone knows of a CV part # from Hyundai please ?
