Dealership called today and said they pulled the dash and did the repair to the truck. They said it was ok yesterday but today its squeaking. They are now ordering a new dash and vent tubes, per Ford. The saga continues......
When offering free loaners is used as a sales tool the dealership needs to follow thru. If your going to phase it out start with the sales department not offering it. Let me guess the dealerships are broke again.

I agree, some people are installing trickle chargers, which is unacceptable. The features should work, the dash and door should not have rattles and rain water should not get into the HVAC system, and at 4000 miles I should not have condensate on oil fill. Were stuck with these poorly made...
After they put in a new battery and since then I turned off all the connectivity and wifi crap I could in the infotainment screen. A bit crazy but I wrap my key in foil when I get home too.
I have not heard of any fix from Ford. I was just there 2 weeks ago for the back up camera recall. In my experience if you start getting this message your battery is soon gonna need to be replaced. When I was getting these messages's my interior lights also did not work.
I have been noticing on my hybrid that the engine coolant gauge rarely stays at a normal operating range in relation to an ICE, especially in the winter. I would speculate this is due to the engine not always running. Cycling on and off with the hybrid system. Will this cause any long term issues?
I turned off all the wifi/ connect , app crap in the infotainment screen too when I got home. I won't get alerts but I can tell if it's happening by some lights not working . Dash sounds much better so far. Hopefully the waterfall is shut off too.

Just picked up my Maverick. Results as follows:
#1-Dash rattle was verified and TSB 24-2317 was installed.
#2 Water coming into passenger floor at glove box verified. HVAC air inlet screen seal deformed. Replace #18D395 inlet screen and dried carpets.

I was talking to a tech at my dealership when i dropped my Maverick off. He was saying that you should keep your fob at least 20 feet from the vehicle. If the vehicle senses the fob it starts cycling the modules prepping for start. He said a customer hung his keys on the other side of the wall...
