Is the gray painted part of the lower front bumper a separate removable piece, or is the whole lower piece one part.

Does anyone have experience with the Eibach lowering kit? If so did it cause any issues towing. I watched a video online with a guy that lowered his with a coil over kit and it did cause issues. He ended up having to get pretty custom and install airbags. Honestly I don't even want to lower it...
