I ended up using the parts from the 22-24 years and ran the wires from the back door. It's been quite a few months, and lots of cross country trips and this has held up just fine.

Here is the picture of the camera harness in the 2025 XL. It is definitely different than the previous years. Ive attached a picture of the previous years wiring harness for reference. Whil eyes, we could splich in wires, I wont do that. There has to be a compatible kit somewhere.
