I do believe the Demco sagged my front end at least a half an inch! I don’t really like that. It may be a 1 inch lift kit from rough country in order to bring it back??

As far as lights go, I don’t mess with the vehicle at all I bought some LED rechargeable, towing package lights at Harbor freight, they last about 100 hours on a charge, and they work really well.

As you can see, I’ve connected to the actual hitch body, instead of the arm, so I will let you know?

A big shout out to Shelby, I took your idea, going to be towing it this weekend. It’s only about a two hour tow out where I’m going and two hours back. I’m going to try a single dampening one way and double dampening coming back and see which one I like better.

Well, here’s an update, the Deco base plate. I’m going to have to give it a A+ and super easy to install.

Thanks for the reply, I was going to put one on the lower part of the hitch and one on the actuator. Do you think that’s an overkill?

On these hybrids are you still recommending a auxiliary power source from the RV to the Ford maverick just to charge the Ford maverick battery?
