You can't beat the comfort of an F-150. I'm getting 20mpg with a 4x4 and 3.55 rear end in everyday driving. I only got 24mpg with the Maverick. I had a 2022 Ranger super cab Lariat which was before the redesign, honestly that was the worst riding truck I've ever owned. I haven't driven a new one...
It is and that's part of of the reason we selected it. After pulling it with the Maverick a few times my wife and I felt more comfortable with the larger truck.
23 F150 XLT Sport Package, trailer tow, 302A pkg Console, Heat seats, elec. sliding rear window, all the goodies. Plus honestly the cloth seats are way more comfortable than the Active X upholstery in the Mav's Lariat.
It's been fun, but we bought a camper and just feel more comfortable traveling and towing with a bigger truck.
