It's some kind of foam gasket around the AC duct. We don't have a sunroof, the leak is AC condensation as it only happens when the AC is on and not during the rain. It's a 2023 Maverick with 9k miles.

Exactly. No signs of mice.. droppings or etc. This is what they are saying a rodent did and it's not even meant to contain any liquid, so if they only replace it, it will still leak. Lol

Oh, wow. So, our dealership is now saying that the issue is from mice chewing a gasket. Lol. They are more than likely trying to make it a non-warranty issue and have sent a $1700 quote for the repair. I'm so glad I came across your post here.

Yes, our security vehicle's a 2023 Maverick and it did the same thing today. Did you get any info from the dealer about this issue?
