I believe the mileage difference is more noticeable in the Hybrid, as the AC compressor is electric, rather than being run off of the crank pulley.

Nice! Mine only had 95k or so, but I was beginning to need a crew cab as I was planning on replacing the ranger & my other daily driver - a 1999 Toyota Avalon. Both had some life left for sure, but with a kiddo coming in the near future, I wanted those 25 years of crash technology.
She was the 4cyl 2.3 auto. Completely gutless, but I bought her non-running & spent a month or so getting her in shape, so there was some certainly some blood, sweat, & tears bonding so I know exactly what you mean.
