I have the Wolfbox mirror cam and mounted the backup cam inside against the back window. It's only blocked if the Tonneau is "flipped" up for a load. Helps with the headrests blocking my rear view too.

I leave my Android Auto adapter plugged in all the time. The ports do turn off. A bigger draw are the 2 ODBII devices I have, so I do use a Victron Blue Smart Charge when I know I'm not going to be driving the truck for a few days.. Pics of Charger installation

I have the EB, but found I wanted a Smart charger since I keep getting the Fordpass alerts that things are being turned off.. I used the Victron Blue IP65. It recondition's batteries as well has Bluetooth to see the status. I ran mine out the right-side tow hook opening. Photos of the wiring...

I have the Lariat FX4 and it rides quite well.. Since they're unibody, the do ride more car like which coming from Mustang GT's is a bit of a bonus in a truck. Like you, I won't do much off-roading but nice to know I can.

Yes. Our '69 Cougar XR7 had one.. Nice motor. Neighbors '69 Mustang Grande had one also I believe. Wish I could get that Cougar back.. :(
