I have the same issue! I was wondering about this - if anyone else has had this issue. My truck was definitely new, purchased from the dealer. No way it could’ve been involved in a wreck. Do you guys think it’s something that should get fixed? Is it an issue? Advice!

Which update version are you talking about? I tried updating the sync software through WiFi when I first got the the truck but I think it reset. I was also curious how you got the update on a usb? Thanks!
