    Exact same for me. XLT order submitted July 1 and received the "order placed" email from FORD. Buyers remorse led to an order change on July 15 to a Lariat Lux Hybrid. Nothing from FORD concerning the change. My dealer says it happened, but no place for me to verify online or by e-mail until...
