I just installed a Rival skid plate on my 24 Hybrid and it is a true skid plate of excellent quality although the funky hardware is not to the same standard. I wish I had gone with rivnuts instead. Maybe in the future I'll use rivnuts.

Just had mine done this last Monday and it only took 30 minutes on my 24 XL. The tech's name was Jesus who made it a very pleasant event. The truck never had any camera concerns so I probably will notice any difference.

The original study is almost pointless. No mileage intervals were listed! Some old school guys change oil way more often then recommended and I know others that won't change oil until the oil service light illuminates and some will ignore that light for months more.
