If you don’t want it and it’s already installed, tell them you didn’t ask for it and that they can take it off. I didn’t pay to have LoJack on mine. Just another way to make a little bit of extra money. I doubt they’ll loose the deal if you refuse to pay for that device you didn’t ask for.

Check Facebook marketplace for Yakima or Thule racks. You can find used (sometimes new) for cheap! Then just buy the correct clamp for the Maverick straight from the company.
