    2 step correction with a cut compound and polish with appropriate pads on a DA random orbital machine. Properly clean first of course. If its really bad you can wet sand with a kit designed for car paint (then compound and polish).

    DIY detail has a interior ceramic coating, but these are not the same as a true exterior ceramic coating with high content of solids to cross link... think of it more like a stain resistant topper to your interior.
