How in the heck did you get them to do that? I haven't heard from my dealer yet after a month . the service writer said "he gives his word that something will be done to resolve this. We'll see.

In regards to Mox4615 sarcastic comment, the thud is still there whether the radio volumn is high or not.

I want my dealer or ford to give me some documentation that that unusual sound won't cause any problems.

My dealer heard the thud at 12/13 mph and after checking things underneeth said it looks ok. He said they will try and find anothe 24 (mines a 2024) to see if it does it. What a freakin' stall tactic. I'll give then a couple of months then I'll call Ford. This was my first Ford vehicle since...

Mine is at the dealer as we speak for this condition. I want documentation that it won't affect the truck down the road (after warranty).

On my 24 Lariat, it's not visable. Must be pushed underneith. I was afraid to pull it out.

Yes, my 20 EB - AWB - 4K tow does it when temp. is over 30 degrees.
