    Also, no thud when traction control is turned off.

    On my 24 Lariat, it's not visable. Must be pushed underneith. I was afraid to pull it out.

    Yes, my 20 EB - AWB - 4K tow does it when temp. is over 30 degrees.

    When I told a mechanic (in another automotive field) about mine doing this, he said it sounds like the fluid getting thicker or thinner.

    2024 Lariat eco. 56 degrees one day, no clunk at all. Next 2 days upper 20's low 30's. , clunk everytime at 12-13 mph.

    I drilled a small hole close to the plate, put a sheet metal screw in there against the plate. Keeps it from moving.

    My 24 2.0 did the same thing. Yesterday 33 degrees and thumping every time. Today 33 degrees and no thump at all. Guess I'll cancel my ford appt.. Bet they can't answer that.

    Please respond back as to what Ford says. My 24 Lariat ecoboost does it all the time at while slowing down at 13 mph. I will ask Ford also.
