  1. My Thoughts about Maverick Owners

I'm 67 and have had my Maverick for a year. I had the dealership put on a roll up tonneau cover, spray in bed liner, paint protection and undercoating. The only thing I did myself was black Maverick lettering on the tailgate and a box for the dash cubby that has an orange Maverick on it. Other...
  2. Wiper motor recall

Looking at the posted video there's no way I'd want to try to get in there. I'll leave that to the mechanic at my dealership. I may try and look in there with my scope to see if I can see anything. Right now they are only authorized to check if you need it fixed, then if you do they will let...
  3. Confused of recall for tail lights hiccup

I had both the turn signals recall and the tail light recall done. The first was via mobile service at my home, the second at the dealership. Both took about 30 minutes to complete. So far no problems after either one.
  4. New recall: tail lights may not light up on 2022-2024 Maverick (5/1/24)

Had mine repaired today. Took about 30 minutes at the dealership. Everything seemed normal as I drove home.
  5. Lock issue and tail lamp recall

I have a 2023 Maverick XLT Ecoboost engine. I got the notice on the app about the recall for the tail lights and looked it up on the NHTSA page to make sure with my VIN. I have an appointment Monday to get it done. My dealer said, unlike the last one for the turn signals, that they couldn't do...
  6. Tonneau Help please?

I got a roll up one from the dealership. It is easy to roll up out of the way and has Velcro along the sides to hold it in place. I love how easy it is to open up the bed without having to remove it.
  7. Is my Auto stop and start broken?

Mine is on automatically but I push the button to turn it off as I don't trust that it's not hard on the battery and starter. Even with mine running all the time I still get over 22 mpg in town.
  8. Brakes maintenance is it a RIP-OFF?

Go to some places like Brakes Plus as they normally will check the brakes for free. If they need work I'd think anything major would be warranty covered, ie: calipers, etc. pads wouldn't be and unless the rotors are warped due to a manufacturer fault wouldn't be either. Ck with your warranty...
  9. What's your Maverick's name / nickname?

Our 2023 XLT is painted Area 51. My wife named it BAM for Blue Alien Monster. We love BAM. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Got it Nov 3, 2023 right off the dealership floor. As of April 1, it has 1109 miles on it. Local driving only and being retired we don't go very far most of the time.
