Im regard to the whine/squeak, I think I've narrowed it down to the brakes. Under light braking, the Mav groans and squeaks. A little irritating with only 6k miles on it. I've heard this is becoming a common issue. Any fixes? New rotors and better pads?

I have the Rough Country hard tri-fold. For the half the price of the BackFlip or Ford branded cover, it's actually decent quality (it's basically a direct copy). The instructions weren't great, but with some fiddling around, I figured it out. No regrets on the purchase so far.
