Not sure if you figured out the sound but i had a similar sound on my wife’s Explorer. It only happened on cold starts. It ended up being the exhaust. Can’t remember the name but its this mesh looking part. I’ve included a pic that i saw when watching an underbody video of a Maverick someone...
