Did you cut on the lights or precut first and then cut again on the lights? Fo any heating at the corners or edges? Looking to do the same.

I used third party as all the dealers around me said they just hire it out and don't use in house. Maybe another shop would have taken more care and time on that stuff. Good install ignoring that though.

My installer removed nothing except the cubby panel. All screws were sprayed over all the brackets were sprayed over. Only the drain holes were plugged. I'd have to remove the tailgate screws and cut around the panel now to add the power lock to my tailgate.
