September 9th build date of my 2024 XL Hybrid
Received e-mail from Ford dealer yesterday and called this afternoon. My year wait (9/23 order date) is almost over. Looks like I will be getting a 2024 and not 2025 Maverick. I thought by September Ford would be making the 2025 Maverick model … happy to get the 2024. Most likely the...- Cider Bill

Buy extended warranty?
Bought extended warranty on new F350 work truck/farm, still waiting on my 2024 Maverick XL (lite duty and better gas mileage.) Years ago would not touch an extended warranty … now I would. Looking 4 - 10 years out the labor and parts cost will surely almost double. So think of it as...- Cider Bill

Do you regret getting either the Hybrid or EcoBoost?
I am going with Maverick XL Hybrid with 360 package and will be trading my 2018 F150 eco boost, 19.2 mpg for an F350 Lariat and Maverick XL Hybrid. Own and operate orchard and vineyard and at times need to carry 330 gallon IBCs of juice to customers in San Diego plus bins of apples and grapes...- Cider Bill
