Absolutely I agree with most of your statement. I have all the information you listed and all the paperwork and the last email I received from Ford was that the dealer will notify you when the order is ready for pickup.

Yes it’s peltier, ordered it from Pegues hurst and then the dealer changed hands.

Dealer changed hands and supposedly paperwork was lost even though I had an order number and paperwork and emails from ford. General manager admitted to me they sold it.

No deposit required. And yes it wasn’t right, but this way I can now wait till the 25 model debuts.

So, I ordered a 2024 Lariat Maverick on Feb 22. Arrived on dealer lot on June 1. Dealer never told me it was there and sold it out from under me. Is this a common practice. The dealer is in Longview TX.
