Had the recall done to my 24 Lariat about 2 weeks ago. Ford Mobile Service van did it while I was at work. Took 15 minutes. I’ve added another 500 miles since and have not had any issues. Seems the issue revolves around an overcurrent fault so I would presume they adjusted the upper limit.

A lot of dealers have mobile service vans. They drive to you, perform the update, and leave. Super easy.

If I recall, it’s a card holder. It’s to quickly set your card down after a drive thru or toll station. Then you can put it back away easily later.
