My biggest concern was car washes and it’s seemed to pass that test. Here’s a few pics with it on the truck. It’s dirty but you get the idea.

Hi folks, I wanted to share what I did to de-chrome my tailgate emblem. I wanted a better contrast then just black plasti dip and I stumbled upon the smoke at Menards. It did a great job and matches well with Alto Blue. I took the emblem off but you could leave it on. I probably did 10 coats...
