    I've had a Maverick since Jan 1, and regularly have to load my wife's electric mobility chair into the truck. I've added photos so you know what you're of chair it is. I'm haven't measures the height, but I have no problem lifting the chair onto the open tailgate, then secure it. I'm 6' tall...

    Mine's AWD, I drive conservative... Also use the stop/start option - maybe that makes a big difference. Not much city driving - lots of rural gravel roads driving at 80kph.
