I have a 2023 Lariat, and I have the app on my phone. However, according to the instructions, I am to go to the Ford app >> Settings >> Automatic Updates >> Schedule. However, I don't see any Automatic updates under settings. Any idea where this might be?

You are amazing. That did the trick. It was a 6mm Allen wrench by the way. Second, I have the Hybrid, and for the rear springs, I don't have any factory bump stops. So do I I just skip installing the ones supplied or... where do they install?

Can I ask, what is the "tool" and its size to keep the strut rod from spinning?

Any update on this? I just installed "new springs" marked "KL" and the knocking is bad.

Anybody have an update? I just installed my springs and they are knocking horribly. I lined up the front springs with the old seats (top and bottom - I thought perfectly). However the knocking is still there.

I live in Southern California and there doesn't seem to stock of 2025 Hybrid AWD (Lariat would be great.). I contacerd my local dealers but they don't seem to be taken any orders. Please advise.

My GF has the Tesla and the recognizable motor noise... I hear it in both vehicles. This is a different noise. It's a belt or gear engaging.

I took my car in for this very noise. Under "torque" at low speeds you can hear it. They put chasis ears on it and swear its normal. The tech report was not specific but it seems to be some version of when the electrical motor disengages and the gas engine engages.

A friend took broke the glass in my driver side view mirror. The housing is fine and the motor works fine, just the glass is cracked. There seems to be a part for it on the Ford Website, however, I don't see a guide to take it apart to replace. Any leads, video.. PDF. I prefer to do it...
