You see these on a wide variety of WT/lower trim levels on multiple brands. I've always assumed it was for a fleet gas card, service card etc. My 23 LT has one.

I absolutely LOVE my 23 Hybrid. Avg 42mpg on the street and IF I drive it right, can get just over 50 in the highway. No complaints thusfar ... Except for the seatbelt indicator when you first start it up ... Gotta be a way to turn it off, right? Cheers, Pug
