Tramlining is where you are driving on say a interstate that has been grooved or saw cut and the tires chase the grooves like a rail, It can be unsettling as you will feel the nose of the vehicle tug left and right
I kinda think the Encompass AW02 is a bit of a underrated sleeper tire, They ride very well, quiet, well mannered, They do not tramline and they handle very well on wet roads and in rain. They may not be the best in any but the sum is a great tire for a average user.

8200 miles now, Holding a 37 mpg life average. But mine has been a lot of Interstate traveling, Just did 1800 miles hammering 75 mph plus and she was holding 36 Mpg. Stopped at Myrtle Beach and it jumped back up to 40 plus but it was a lot of 35 mph driving along beach and warmer!
