Here’s the battery and took a peak at the 2.0 eco boost engine while i was at it. It continues to be made in Spain.

I took delivery on my 2024 on Friday. This 2.0 continues to come from Spain.

Update: Per the sticker, this was actually delivered to Chicago by Semi (convoy), and not rail. That likely fully explains the 3 week delivery. I have no idea why they didnt deliver it by rail, i always assumed it would be by train.

Yeah no kidding, especially heading into winter now. First thing i did when i drove it back from the dealer was applied some Hybrid Solutions Black Wax by Turtle Wax. Hopefully it helps.

Yeah i actually just noticed that. I thought that was strange they drove it all the way up here on a truck instead of just throwing it on a train. I always assumed it would be delivered by rail hearing from others’ experiences,, but hey i’ll take it. That definitely explains the quicker delivery.

That’a crazy. Honestly i was expecting it to be sitting at the port as well for a week or two, which seemed common from what I've read. But 1 month is insane. I‘m sure it won’t be too much longer. I think my case was just extremely lucky and rare to go from shipped to purchasing it in 3 weeks.

I just received my 2024 Maverick on Friday. It was a surreal feeling first sitting in the driver seat, I was a nervous wreck. But now that a few days have passed, wow am I loving it! I live in Chicago and this is the perfect and perhaps only truck for easy city living. I have a tight alley and...
