Paid 37k for my 22 with just about every option available. The only disappointment I had was with the early recalls and I expected more from the B/O sound system.
Wife wanted sunroof, keyless entry, and push button start, I wanted AWD and tow package.
Then I said F*** it, and put the air...
Lol... Didn't even bother to read past the first two lines. No point. I don't fit in with the group think. I'm not getting in an endless back and forth with you. Someday hopefully you'll realize you're being played from all directions. But probably not. Have a nice day.
There are several reasons the truck has increased in price, but It's really funny watching some people avoid and deflect inflation. Ford has to adjust for losses when inflation was 7-8 percent when the truck was listed at 20k. When they paid for all the parts and labor to build it. And it's no...
No matter what it is, no one gives a f... nowadays. No one takes pride in their work anymore. They just want your money so they can go home and get high.
I hear you... But that is just one of many symptoms of over populating the planet. There would be 72% less total cell phone cases if the population stayed at 1 billion. "Everything" that ills the Earth today would be reduced by at least 72% We infest this planet, not coexist.
I'm not a believer that population growth is the only answer to supporting retirees. And I have faith in most people freely choosing the right option when truthfully educated about the situation, and given viable alternatives. There's too much misleading self interest and profiting already.
I used to be considered an "environmentalist", but not by today's standard. Until we stop cutting down all the forests, paving everything, dumping trash everywhere, polluting every body of water, expanding and infesting every corner of the planet like roaches in a NYC slum, it's hard for me to...
I used k&n for years. They allow better flow by way of larger pores. The increase in hp is negligible. I've evolved to prefer better/tighter particulate filtration over greater air flow. Especially in today's turbo engines. They're more sensitive to debris, and automatically adjust fuel mixture...
Yes I still have them on. Surprisingly they're holding up fine. And seem to look better now that they've been washed in the sun and elements. Been through the brushless car wash many times too. I like them more now than when I put them on.
That's pretty cool. I like it.
I have the lariat lux with the FX4. I like that cluster too. I think you had the same cluster I have. I'm curious why you didn't like it. Did you just want all digital 12 inch?
Cool swap though.
Well, someone on here mentioned they didn't notice 4 bangers tending to run a little rough. Maybe I'm dating myself... The old American V-8's out of the factory used to run smooth as butter. Circa 1970's and later, It was common knowledge 4 cylinder engines ran a little rough by comparison...
4 bangers have a tendency to run a little rough, but my eb has always been pretty smooth. Perhaps because I always run 93. It's supposed to be best for boosted engines. It is more expensive, but it's 3.26 a gallon here at Sam's club. Not too bad.
One thing I noticed is it seemed to really purr...
