  1. 15% off Mangoal Dash Cam for MTC members — show us your Maverick!

The quality is outstanding, and now I'm thinking I may add the rear view camera. Is it available separately, and could I still get a discount?
  2. Hybrid or EcoBoost — Which One Would You Buy Again?

Ecoboost for me. None of those ridiculous battery issues.

  4. Is this a scam or just a great price?

Michelin CrossClimate 2's are $230 eash at Costco. And they run good rotating deals monthly on Michelin/Firestone/Bridgestone tires, with free lifetime service and rotation. Just a thought.
  5. Tested the 4K tow package by towing 25' pontoon boat

I tow my camper with my '23 XLT. Pretty smooth, but I still suck at backing in to campsites!
  6. Is this new or did I just miss it until today?

So, with the wireless adapters, you plug something in so that you don't need to plug something in? Ok. Yeah. I get it.
  7. Just what you always wanted ... choice add on packages

I live in suburban Chicago, and bought my '23 Maverick XLT in Fort Wayne, IN. I drove 170 miles to Bob Thomas Ford (shout out!) to pick up my truck after a wonderful experience buying online. They had it on display in the showroom when I arrived! Supply was limited, and dealers in Chicago area...
  8. 21,600 cabin filter change.

I'm an old guy. I remember thinking "Cabin filter? WTF is a cabin filter?" when I first bought a vehicle that had one! My old Chevy Impala in high school back in the 70's had just straight up dirty air blowin' in! As for my Maverick, I trust the maintenance schedules and OEM parts. I...

'23 Maverick XLT Ecoboost w/ 4K package. I tow a2022 Forest River Wolf Pup BHS. No problems towing. (except for a tire blowout that did $8000 damage to the camper. Thank God for insurance, which I had just renewed a week before it was due!)

  14. Tows with no problems!

I have the 2.0 ecoboost w/ 4K tow package. I get the "standard" mileage normally: 29 hwy/24 city. Towing does hit the MPG! I get 15 mpg on the highway at 65 mph when I tow the camper and truck bed loaded with gear and my wife in the passenger seat.
  15. Tows with no problems!

I do have the 4K tow package. The camper's unloaded weight is 3500 lbs. The correct hitch package is the key! Towed it 150 miles with gear in the camper, luggage in the bed, and three adults in the cab: smooth cruising!
