    How did you get headrest sleeves/tubes out? I see the sleeves sit inside a metal ring. I tried getting a flathead screw driver outside the ring down to the lever that needs to be pushed in, but was unsuccessful. And I cannot fit anything inside the ring. Any advice would be appreciated.
