It's not as abnormal for it to take more than a couple of days that you might think. My Maverick was one of many with a 11/13/23 build week where they went into production on-time or even several days early, but didn't update to "Built" until 5+ weeks later, near the end of December. At the time...
Darlings Ford in Bangor, ME was great. I did my order with Rick Souther but he was on leave at the time my Maverick arrived. I worked with Nate Morris to wrap up the deal. I don't recall offhand or have the paperwork handy with the name of the man I worked in with Finance. All involved were...
Bummer. Not to get your hopes up or anything, but 9 days ago my ETA was 2/7. Friday it was 1/21 - 1/27, then it actually got to the dealer on 1/20. Seems it can change quick. It was delivered by United Truck Service.
My truck went into Final Prep status yesterday. Today I went and snooped their lot and found it. It was definitely unloaded and parked with nothing else being done yet. So close!
If so yours should be there in the next couple of days I would think. I checked the tracker this morning and mine shows it’s in Final Prep at the dealer. 7 days ago the ETA was Feb 7th.
My Maverick (11/13 build week) went to Shipped status on 1/3. I’ve checked twice, most recently this morning, to see if Ford Chat could give me rail car info for it but they say none is available. Current ETA to Maine is 2/7. I’m wondering if mine may also be a case of being stuck in the rail...
Weird. Mine went into production 11/16 and didn’t update to Built until 12/23. I assumed the lengthy period In Production was to do the turn signal recall. It shipped sometime yesterday, but when I checked the status of the recall it still shows “Incomplete”.
Built 12/23. Mine reverted to Order Confirmed sometime this afternoon. From what I’ve seen in other posts that’s typical before the status flips to Shipped. Knock on wood. It’s getting delivered in Maine.
Out of curiosity, how did you check to see if you’re affected by the recall? When I just searched by VIN mine didn’t show up, but if I logged into ford.com and looked at “Vehicle Dashboard” it popped right up.
In Production since 11/15, mine finally updated to Built this afternoon. I thought the holdup may have been the turn signal recall but it still shows “Incomplete”. Apparently that had nothing to do with it, unless there’s some lag time before the site shows the recall has been completed.
Someone on Reddit is saying it has to do with an issue with the turn signals. No idea if there’s truth to that but at least it would make sense. I’m in the same boat with my truck scheduled for the week of 11/13 and being stuck “In Production” since 11/16...

Mine was scheduled for the week of 11/13 but started showing “In Production” on 11/8. I got an email last week about a delay related to the supply chain and it’s still “In Production” now.
I just ordered it on 9/23 so things are progressing much faster than I expected anyhow.
XLT Ecoboost with 4k, FX4, Copilot 360, and Luxury package. Mine was originally scheduled for the week of 11/27 but I noticed today that it got moved to the week of 11/13.
