  1. I'm a new member from just moments ago. My concerns are related to the Maverick 12 volt battery issues.

I also thought about this when I first read through this thread. Problem is that I hate the lights coming on when I open the door and have always had them turned off.

I may be your guy. I logged in to take a look at what info might have changed regarding these batteries/charging systems. My 2023 had given me messages shortly after purchase in late '23. All I did was change the target to 95%, since then I have not had any other messages. I do keep an eye on...
  3. Deep Sleep/Battery Problems, Ecoboost AGM Battery Type

About a week ago, I received a message that my vehicle was entering Deep Sleep mode. This happened to me one other time last January, 2023 XLT Ecoboost. When I checked, my battery voltage was low at 11.83V. I started the engine, let it run for nearly an hour, and took it for a drive. Afterward...
  4. Unsealed gaps/cracks in bed leak and allow infitration of road mist/dirt...

Are you sure that the spay in liner would fill those gaps? You can see light coming in one of the pics, that gap is like 3-5mm.

It looks like there are bigger cutouts in the front corners for that and the tailgate would drain as well. But leaving these gaps on the wheelwells is really a bad design. If you were to put mulch or dirt in the bed, it is going to clog those gaps and hold moisture, and cause premature rust/rot.
  6. Unsealed gaps/cracks in bed leak and allow infitration of road mist/dirt...

I've attached some pics, but the leaks are where the bed meets the wheel wells on both sides. Should these areas have been sealed like you see on the back wall in the...
  7. Cheap auto-dimming, homelink mirror

It does pivot at both ends, and I have adjusted it as high as it will go.. I just wish it was a little higher, as a taller person it kind of blocks a bit of my downward view.
  8. Cheap auto-dimming, homelink mirror

I feel like the existing Ford arm is already too short. I would like the mirror to sit up a bit higher so it does not block any view out the front.
