My FIL had an '86 B2000. I could get a 3rd-gear scratch taking off from a dead-stop and giving it some gas. Not much HP, it was just so light in the rear. Loved that truck.
Nope.
The Hybrid has an eCVT (not a CVT) and I'm on my way to a 650 mile tank (maybe better).
What Ford should do (if anything) is make a PHEV or full EV Maverick.
Ford would own the "small truck" segment (and be a player in others).
Anytime someone I know buys a VW, I always have to fake being excited for them. I don't have the heart to tell them their new ride has doomed them to electrical issue hell.
You can buy an entire FS 29r from Bikes Direct for less than 2K. The frames are built in Taiwan (just like the big brand frames) and they have top-notch groupsets: https://www.bikesdirect.com/products/29er-full-suspension-bikes.htm
Or, you can pay a premium for a big name frame if you have...
First, thanks for all the great Mav videos! I agree with your review 100%.
I'm on my second windshield and it's cracked too. So, I'll be on #3 when I get it replaced.

I replaced a cracked windshield on my Mav after catching a rock thrown up by a semi. Exactly one week later I caught a tiny rock at low speed from an oncoming car on a 35mph road and again had a cracked windshield.
I replaced the original with an acoustic from Safelite (not OEM, they couldn't...

Sweaty hands?
Growing up in the '70s, one of my little league baseball coaches had a Chevy LUV (Light Utility Vehicle) that was yellow and he painted TONKA in black on the tailgate. Guy was also a drunk. It was like being on the "Bad News Bears" in real life 🤣
I have a '94 Toyota Pickup ext. cab 4x4 (pre-Tacoma era). One of the main reasons I got a Mav is it is almost exactly the same size as my Toyota. The Mav is just a bit wider (and the perfect truck size in my opinion).
I caught a rock in the Spring kicked up by a semi that hit my lower-right windshield like a bullet (WHACK!) and left an impact crater and crack all the way across the bottom of the windshield. I finally got around to replacing it in June. My XLT had a standard windshield but I had Safelite...
