After watching the video, they clearly aren't used to the Maverick's hybrid system. You will get better mpg if you accelerate slowly and try to keep the vehicle in electric mode as long as possible.
That's really all I want at this point. In hindsight, I should have just ordered the 2024 in xlt trim. At the time, I still had hope I would be getting my 2023.
Thank you for taking the time to look. I'm going to contact my dealership, and Ford to see about getting it switched to a xlt trim. Historically, neither my dealership or me have had a lot of luck with Ford. I do know that this vehicle has never physically made it to my dealership. Again...
At the time, my 2023 was showing built just waiting on shipping. I never wanted a 2024 to begin with. That order had been placed just in case. I have other posts explaining my 2023 order further.
Sorry, phone and not double checking lol
I have the Vin and order number, to make a very long...
I think my dealership has been trying as much as they can. They have had similar issues about even getting information about my 2023 order. The answer from my dealership was we can figure out appropriate pricing once you 2024 order shows up.
My 2023 XLT hybrid was built in March. After multiple delays and getting nowhere with customer service or my dealership, I found out that my order had been damaged somehow during transport from the factory to the shipping location. My Maverick was sent back to the factory for repair. I...
With 2024 pricing, it's really hard to justify anything but the XL imo. The Maverick is supposed to be an affordable vehicle. It doesn't take long to get into better quality vehicle's price range when you start adding options and increasing the trim levels of a Maverick.
Replying to all:
I called Ford customer service for the millionth time today. As I expected, they had nothing about it on thier end and no way to acess any information. They played the "you don't technically own the vehicle yet until it's sold to you card." All I really wanted was some...
I'm going to try to contact FORD again. The scary thing is that this is the first time my dealer/me are being told anything. I can virtually guarantee that nobody at fors customer service will have any information or even be aware of the damage. Whether they repair my vehicle or offer a...
My 2023 xlt hybrid was built in March. To make a long story short, it isn't here yet. After multiple changed eta dates, my dealership was finally able to get some information from Ford. Apparently, my Maverick was damaged somehow either at the plan, or during loading for shipping. It's...
I wonder how they are handling the recall repairs at the factory. I just wish I could get some real information when talking to ford. Generally, calling customer service is a waste of time. They don't have a clue.
My 2023 2.5l hybrid was built in March. It has been sitting at the plant ever since with no information. I've had multiple conversations with Ford. They have said everything from the vehicle is en route, to it's still at the plant, and we don't know why. Finally, today the story is Reprogram...
I've been playing with searching for my vin# online and haven't had any luck. Maybe someone on this forum will have better luck searching my vin#3FTTW8E34PRA32411
I did. Ultimately, My dealership always says, "Ford has more information that we do" I'll call Ford and Ford will will say, "Your dealership has more information than we do." I spoke with the sales manager at my dealership yesterday, they "Made some phone calls to Ford and someone down there...
